To help your teeth, use a straw with your fizzy drink as this will reduce the amount of acidic liquid that comes into contact with your teeth, reducing the risk of acid erosion.

Smoking can have a detrimental effect on your teeth and gums, causing staining, gum disease, tooth loss and in the most serious cases oral cancer. Why not use this year’s No Smoking Day on the 13th March to take the leap and quit for good?
